I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment I first spoke with Liz and the first time I met them both, I’ve been smitten to say the least. Liz & Justin go above and beyond for every single one of their family and friends and didn’t show anything but the same for us. They welcomed us into their wedding day as if we were a part of the family and I can’t even come up with the words to share how much that means to me.
Their day was unique, different, and absolutely perfect. They chose to have a small, intimate ceremony with just their families. The wedding party was composed of siblings and the flower girls and ring bearers were nieces and nephews. After the ceremony, the went back to Liz’s sisters house for an outdoor meal together. There was just so much love going around. It was amazing. After the meal, fun conversation, and a toast, they had a reception at the Indianapolis City Market downtown. It was such a fun location for a reception! Liz & Justin simply radiate an outstanding sense of love and gratitude no matter where they go, which was so visible on their day.
I am beyond thankful to have been there to capture their day. I’m so excited to share these images with all of you. I know you’ll be able to feel the love in these.
Liz’s sisters and brother-in-law made the bouquets themselves. They were gorgeous. I stopped Liz that morning while she was helping the littles get ready. I simply had to grab some photos of her prior to her putting her dress on. She is stunning, right???
First looks—LOVE them, as always. The weather on their day was a bit unpredictable (as Indiana weather usually is). I let Liz know that I had plenty of umbrellas if we needed them. There were scattered showers all day, but it really only rained during the times we needed to be inside anyway. 20-30 minutes before the ceremony it started raining. No big deal, as the ceremony was indoors anyway, but Liz came up to me and suggested we go out. Yes…the bride suggested we go out in the rain! I’m so glad they were not only up for it, but wanted to go. I’d say it was worth it! We made it back just in time for the ceremony to begin. 🙂
These two and their sweetness is too much!
I love this next one so much. After dinner, they checked into the Conrad and we stopped for just a few downtown photos before making it to the reception. Justin and Liz absolutely adore their nieces and nephews. They were included and welcomed into every part of the day, including the toasts and their first dance.
Liz, Justin, and family, I’m incredibly thankful for all of your generosity. You are amazing!!!
