Taylor, Josh, and I (Emily) actually all grew up in the same neighborhood very close to each other! Josh’s mom was one of James’ teachers in middle school, too. Such a small world. I remember the days of Josh playing in our back yard with us on our swing set and evenings spent at the ball diamond with Taylor as our brothers played baseball together. And now, they’ve bought an adorable house together, just brought little Rory home a couple of weeks ago, and are getting married in November! The wedding will be so much fun – there are so many mutual family friends who will all be there to celebrate these two and it’ll be a blast. We are excited to be a part of this special time in their lives and can’t wait to witness these two become husband and wife! 

We started their session at home because they have such a cute front porch and of course we had to include little Rory! I LOVE photographing couples at their first home together – it will be so fun for them to look back on years and years from now. And, Rory will be growing QUICKLY, so having some little puppy photos is just the sweetest.  We then headed to Downtown Fishers which is one of my favorite spots for sessions. It was such a pretty evening! Thank goodness Spring is here!
