One of my favorite things about photographing families welcoming a baby is thinking about how they’ll feel when they see the first images of themselves when I deliver their gallery. We know they’re going to be swooning over their new little one, but becoming a parent (even if it’s not your first child) is transformative in many ways and after having 3 children, my husband and I have loved reflecting on our photos – we enjoy seeing our new family each time, but also how it feels to see ourselves in a new way. We feel different and it’s so neat to see that in the photos, too.

Sweet little Wynn was a hungry little one during her session! With lots of little snacks, she was as happy as a clam and we got so many precious photos with lots of special heirloom items her parents included, too.
