I'm a photographer providing honest & authentic images that tell the stories of your connection
Hi, I'm Emily

I photographed this annual party had by 7 families, all of whom either graduated together from Butler, or are the husbands/wives of those who did. Each year they get together for their annual book-exchange & ornament-exchange Christmas party. I was so glad to be there to photograph all the craziness and chaos! I’m not one who minds craziness and chaos at all. In fact, it usually provides for more entertaining photo opportunities. So, here they are!

7 couples x 2 kids each=14 children.  Yes, you read that correctly: 14 children. I believe all under the age of 5 with the youngest being 3 weeks old.

The big kids made gingerbread houses…

Play time!

The kids had a book exchange. Each child brought a book and then got to choose one of the 14 packages to open themselves. 🙂

There’s something about these next few images in black and white. Not sure what it is, but I love them.

The adults exchanged ornaments in a white-elephant kind of way. Needless to say, this exchange was quite funny. 🙂

And to the 7 families, thank you for dealing with a photographer the whole night! I hope you enjoyed this sneak peek-your discs will be on their way shortly!
