She walked into Starbucks with her arms held out welcoming me with the biggest smile and hug. From that point on, Brooke & I spoke frequently. We talked about the DIY details, photography, and everything else inbetween. Brooke is the most welcoming, loving, happy, and celebratory woman I know. And the way Jason brings out an immense amount of joy from within her is unreal. This wedding was full of emotion, many hugs, a few tears, and so many personalized details. I’m so excited to share it with you. If you were at this wedding, you know how important and meaningful each of the details are to Brooke, Jason, and their families. Photographing this wedding was such an honor.
Brooke wove her dad through every little piece of this wedding. Below, attached to her shoes so that he could “walk her down the aisle,” are two blue hearts cut from his jeans and a tiny red bird, Brooke’s symbol for her dad. Brooke & Jason are big travelers, so that stood as the overall theme for the day. Jason made this locket for Brooke using an old map. How cool!
See, I told you she’s absolutely full of joy. Brooke wrote a note to her dad and let balloons carry it away before the ceremony. So much emotion.
Do you spy Jaymee in the photo on the right? Her wedding was documented by EWP, too!
Brooke and Jason are big huggers! I hope this one really hits home for them. 🙂
Brooke and Jason, thank you from the bottom of my heart for including us in your special day. You mean so much to me.
